BOSTON - A Massachusetts appellate court ruling in a multiple chemical sensitivity case affirmed an administrative law judge's decision to discount an uncontroverted medical diagnosis if other evidence requires it, while reaffirming that in weighing admissibility the courts do not rule on the validity or invalidity of a diagnosis or scientific theory.
