LAKE CHARLES, La. - A Louisiana appellate court has reinstated a couple's lawsuit to rescind their purchase of a $550,000 home, saying that despite prior inspections outside the one-year statute of limitations, the couple could not have discovered that siding defects were the cause of water intrusion and mold until receiving a recent architect's report.
