Mold at Top of List for Claims Adjusters

At the PLRB National Mold Symposium recently presented by the Property Loss Research Bureau (Oct. 29-30, 2001, Charlotte, N.C.), Patrick Harmon, PLRB's Director of Educational and Technical Services, observed that of the 10,000 to 12,000 inquiries his organization receives each year, mold-related questions are topping the list. That acute need for information and assistance on the part of property loss claims adjusters was highlighted by the level of attendance at the mold symposium.
