PONTIAC, Mich. - A Michigan trial court has ruled that Maryland physician Ritchie C. Shoemaker, M.D., can testify on symptoms and treatment for "toxic mold exposure" in an upcoming trial over workplace exposure, but the court limited testimony by plaintiffs' treating physicians and excluded testimony by another frequent mold expert.
