WHEATON, Ill. - Interrogatories have been answered and depositions will soon begin in a mold class action complaint filed against an Illinois Board of Education, an attorney representing the plaintiffs said. Janna Andrejevic, et al. v. Board of Education of Wheaton-Warrenville School District No. 200, DuPage County, Illinois, a Local Unit of Government, No. 99 L 671 (Ill. Cir. Ct., 18th Jud. Cir., DuPage Cty.).
