SYRACUSE, N.Y. - A New York trial court has denied an architectural firm's bid for summary judgment on claims arising from mold contamination in a high school library, rejecting the firm's assertions that the school board's complaint was untimely or failed to state a cause of action. The Board of Education of the Liverpool Central School District v. Dodge Chamberlin Luzine Weber Associates Architects, et al., No. 2004-4164 (N.Y. Sup., Onondaga Cty.).
