SEATTLE - The second purchaser of a home cannot maintain an action for fraudulent concealment against the home's builder, a Washington state appellate court held June 4 in affirming dismissal of the action. Nguyen v. Doak Homes Inc., et al., No. 57713-1-I (Wash. Ct. App., Div. 1).

In an unpublished, per curiam opinion, Washington's Court of Appeals, Division One, also affirmed the trial court's finding that Sam Hong and her daughter, Naomi Nguyen, failed to raise any material issues regarding Consumer Protection Act violations by Doak Homes Inc. and its principals.
