GULFPORT, Miss. - A federal judge has awarded summary judgment to a storage warehouse after concluding that a storage contract barred all claims by a couple who sought $120,000 for the warehouse's alleged refusal to allow renters timely access after Hurricane Katrina. Griffith v. U-Store It Miniwarehouse Co., No. 1-06-cv-189 (S.D. Miss.).
