10th Cir. Affirms Total Disability Award for Lawyer's SBS

DENVER - A 10th Circuit Court of Appeals panel has affirmed total disability benefits for a former partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, who complained that she was unable to work as a real estate specialist at the same earning level because of sick building syndrome triggered at the firm's Denver offices.
