DENVER - A 10th Circuit Court of Appeals panel has affirmed total disability benefits for a former partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, who complained that she was unable to work as a real estate specialist at the same earning level because of sick building syndrome triggered at the firm's Denver offices. Ray v. Unum Life Insurance Co., Nos. 05-1284 and 05-1420 (10th Cir.).
