Fraud Investigators Accuse Fla. Couple of Falsifying Mold Tests

VERO BEACH, Fla. - Florida's Division of Insurance Fraud has charged two individuals with insurance fraud and grand theft for allegedly providing false mold test results to customers. (State of Florida v. Patrick John Bock, Booking No. 2007-00001975; State of Florida v. Lisa Lynn Bock, Booking No. 2007-00001976 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Indian River Cty.).

Patrick John Bock, 43, and his wife, Lisa Lynn Bock, 42, both of Vero Beach, were arrested on March 30 and booked at the Indian River County Court. The Bocks were both released on bond the same day.
