NOBLESVILLE, Ind. - An Indiana couple has filed separate mold-related lawsuits for breach of contract against the provider of their homeowner's policy and for negligence against the company contracted to repair storm damage to their home. Reber v. Allstate Insurance Co., No. 29-D02-0107CT506 and Reber v. ServiceMaster By Doran, Inc. d/b/a ServiceMaster, No. 29D02-0106CT381 (Ind. Ct., Hamilton Cty.).
