Indiana Family Files Separate Mold-Related Complaints Against Insurer, Contractor

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. - An Indiana couple has filed separate mold-related lawsuits for breach of contract against the provider of their homeowner's policy and for negligence against the company contracted to repair storm damage to their home.
