GENEVA, Ill. - A group of students, former students, and employees of St. Charles East High School in St. Charles, Ill., have filed a response to the motion to dismiss a class action lawsuit filed against the school district for its alleged failure to adequately prevent mold contamination.
The response, filed on Sept. 26, claims that the school district is not immune to liability for injuries allegedly caused by the mold exposure and that the lawsuit's allegations are sufficient to state a cause of action against the district.
