Employees Sue School District For Intentionally Misrepresenting Mold Contamination

DAYTON, Ohio - Three Ohio school employees have sued their school district along with the superintendent and five acting board members for allegedly concealing dangerous organic contamination at the West Carrollton High School and Middle School over the course of at least two years. Googash, et al. v. West Carrollton School District, et al., No. 01-4653 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Montgomery Cty.).

The lawsuit filed Aug. 27 in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas contends that this allegedly dangerous condition has existed since 1999 or earlier and resulted from "physical defects" of the buildings and/or grounds of the schools.
