NEW YORK - A public relations firm has been ordered to comply with a discovery request from the developers of a luxury condominium building who say the plaintiff's claimed loss of value is due, in part, to efforts made on his behalf to publicize mold problems in his home. Kramer v. Zeckendorf, No. 128014/2002 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
