WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District has sued the architect and engineer involved in the design and construction of the Sugar Sand Park Community Center Building for alleged defects that has led to the presence of mold in the building. The Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District v. Schwab, Twitty & Hanser, et al., No. CL 01-0247 AF (Fla. Cir. Ct., 15th J.Cir., Palm Beach Cty.).
