NEW YORK - By early August of this year, nearly 160 mold-related lawsuits were filed against the owner and management companies of two large apartment complexes in New York on behalf of individual tenants of the buildings. Rosado v. Henry Phipps Plaza South, et al., No. 114736-2001 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
The lawsuits were filed against Henry Phipps Plaza South, Phipps Housing Services, Inc., and Plaza South Management Company, Inc.
