Sales Contract Binds Miss. Mobile Home Owners to Arbitration Agreement

JACKSON, Miss. - A federal judge has ruled that the owners of a mobile home are required by their sales agreement to arbitrate mold and defect claims against the seller, but can continue litigation against their home's manufacturer, who is not covered by the arbitration clause.
