ATLANTA - A Georgia appeals court has ruled that a homeowner had six years - not four - from the date of occupancy to file claims against a contractor whose breach of written contract allegedly caused mold-related contamination and personal injury. Gropper, et al. v. STO Corp., et al. v. Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc., No. A01A0377 & A01A0667 (Ga. Ct. App.).
