Defendants in Another N.Y. Case Move to Exclude Johanning Testimony

NEW YORK - A New York trial court is expected to hear argument on a pretrial motion to exclude testimony by Dr. Eckhardt Johanning and other plaintiff experts in a case scheduled for trial on April 10. Bonnel, et al. v. Steinberg, et al., No. 16758/03 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Kings Cty.).

Kings County Supreme Court Justice Donald S. Kurtz scheduled a hearing for March 12 on a motion to exclude by Yehuda J. Steinberg, Bella Steinberg and Coney Realty LLC, who are defending personal injury and property damage claims brought by Vivian Bonnel on behalf of her family.
