N. Y. Court Dismisses Condominium Association's Claims against Builder

NEW YORK - A condominium association's claims against a contractor for breach of contract and negligence have been dismissed by a New York trial court which held that it need not look beyond the contract to determine that neither the association nor individual unit owners have standing as intended beneficiaries of the construction contract.
