JACKSON, Miss. - A federal judge has granted a stay in a lawsuit filed by the owners of a mobile home and ordered them to arbitrate construction defect and mold claims brought against their insurer. Billings v. American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, et al., No. 1:05cv26WJG-JMR (S.D. Miss.).
Senior Judge Walter J.
