photo-4One of the most curious aspects of mold litigation is the lack of hard scientific data or medical tests conclusively demonstrating a causal connection between exposure to Stachybotrys, Penicillium, and Aspergillus and severe medical ailments, such as pulmonary hemorrhage, brain damage or other neurological conditions.
