photo-4One of the most curious aspects of mold litigation is the lack of hard scientific data or medical tests conclusively demonstrating a causal connection between exposure to Stachybotrys, Penicillium, and Aspergillus and severe medical ailments, such as pulmonary hemorrhage, brain damage or other neurological conditions. While some medical literature supports the causal connection between mold and allergenic responses, no current medical studies conclusively establish a connection between mold and more severe ailments.
