COLUMBIA, S.C. - The South Carolina Court of Appeals Jan. 8 affirmed a lower court's refusal to reduce the contract price of a building by the amount of alleged mold damage for the purpose of resolving liability for sums owed to a subcontractor involved in the motel's construction. Taylor, Cotton & Ridley, Inc. v. Okatie Hotel Group, et al., No. 4194 (S.C. Ct. App.).
