NEW YORK - A New York trial court has denied a motion by Bianca Jagger's landlord to quash subpoenas issued to non-party remediation witnesses, ruling that the landlord has no standing to make such a motion. Jagger v. Katz Park Ave. Corp. et al., No. 602947/03 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
The Oct. 26 order (filed on Oct. 31) applies to subpoenas served by Jagger's counsel on Tradewinds Environmental Restoration Inc. and Charles Schwartz, MPH, for depositions and documents.
