BANGOR, Maine - A federal judge denied a defendant home seller's unopposed motion for summary judgment, saying questions of fact still remain as to whether the plaintiffs relied on alleged misrepresentations in purchasing the home. Robinson, et al. v. Wright, No. CV-05-190-B-W (D. Maine).

Judge John A. Woodcock Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine issued his ruling on Oct. 27 (amended on Oct. 31).
