NEW YORK - A New York appellate court on Oct. 5 affirmed dismissal of a $65 million lawsuit over mold remediation at the Millennium Square project in Washington, D.C., declining to issue its own opinion and saying it agreed with the trial court's reasoning. 2200 M Street LLC v.
