MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Wisconsin's Court of Appeals has affirmed that various professional services and owned-property exclusions applied to preclude coverage for a real estate broker and the former owner of an apartment complex sued by the buyer over water and mold damage. 3303-05 Marina Road LLC, et al. v. Zennett Properties LLC, et al., Nos. 2005AP2292 and 2005AP2293 (Wis. Ct. App.).
The unpublished opinion issued on Sept. 19 in two companion cases affirmed summary judgment for American Family Mutual Insurance Co., West Bend Mutual Insurance Co. and Federal Insurance Co.
