Continental Casualty Wants Liberty Mutual to Share in $2.2 Million Liability

DALLAS - Continental Casualty Co. filed a declaratory judgment action against Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. on Sept. 27, asking a federal judge to order Liberty to pay part of a $1.8 million settlement and share defense costs over water and mold damage in a high school.
