RALEIGH, N.C. - Insurers for a mold-contaminated townhouse project failed to show that a trial court abused its discretion in ordering production and must turn over documents relating to a mold claim for the trial court's in camera inspection, a North Carolina appellate court held July 18. Wachovia Bank, et al. v. Clean River Corp., et al., No. COA05-1364 (N.C. Ct. App.).
