La. Homeowners Sue Lloyds Over Timing and Amount of Payments

NEW ORLEANS - New Orleans homeowners have filed a class action against Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London, alleging that the carrier's claims practices have illegally delayed or limited payments from Hurricane Katrina, resulting in mold and other additional damage to the insured homes.
