SANTA ANA, Calif. - An Orange County (Calif.) judge released his Statement of Decision on Aug. 31, explaining a verdict in favor of a couple accused of failing to disclose pre-existing leaks and mold contamination to buyers of their condominium. Griffith v. Nguyen, et al., No. 05CC05122 (Calif. Super. Ct., Orange Cty.).

Orange County Superior Court Judge Derek Hunt presided over a bench trial on liability and issued a minute order on June 29 finding for defendant sellers Nguyen Nguyen and Kimberly Orlando (See verdict report in HarrisMartin Columns: Mold, Aug. 2006).
