BATON ROUGE, La. - Plaintiffs alleging personal injuries from mold at a tribal casino can pursue claims against building contractors and insurers despite defendants' claim that the immunity granted tribal owners means the case lacks a necessary party, a Louisiana appellate court ruled en banc on Nov. 2. Laborde, et al. v. New Horizon Kids Quest IV Inc., et al., No. CW-05-285 (La. Ct. App., 3rd Cir.).
