Building Owner Cited for Failing to Follow Remediation Guidelines




NEW YORK - A New York housing judge cited a building owner for contempt on Nov. 22 for failing to comply with a previous agreement to inspect a tenant's apartment for mold and undertake any necessary remediation. Dole v. 106-108 West 87th Street Owners Inc., No. HP 6004/05 (N.Y. City Civil Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
