TULSA, Okla. - A federal court has ordered The Hartford Casualty Insurance Co. to disclose the amount it set aside as a reserve and other information relating to a claim for storm damage and mold contamination in an office complex. Broadway Park LLC v. The Hartford Casualty Insurance Co., No. CIV-05-584-M (W.D. Okla.).

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma concluded in its Aug. 9 order that much of the information sought by The Hartford's insureds is relevant to breach-of-contract and bad faith allegations and is likely to lead to admissible evidence.
