NEW ORLEANS - A federal judge has remanded to state court a putative class action against Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's London, agreeing with plaintiffs seeking coverage for hurricane damage that the carrier failed to show that the number of potential plaintiffs or the amount in controversy met the mandatory removal requirements of the Class Action Fairness Act.
