MINEOLA, N.Y. - Plaintiffs who contend their former neighbors' attic fans directed mold spores toward their home were ordered May 31 to provide proof of property loss. Bowes, et al. v. Healy, No. 009944/03 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).
Nassau County (N.Y.) Supreme Court Justice F. Dana Winslow denied the defendant neighbors' motion for summary judgment but ordered Craig Bowes and Elizabeth Feudale to provide a copy of the deed and contract of sale for their former house, 'together with any proof of personal property loss.'
