DENVER - Colorado's Court of Appeals on May 18 affirmed a trial court's decision to deny governmental immunity to the City and County of Denver for airport workers' mold claims. Crandall v. City and County of Denver, No. 04CA1989 (Colo. Ct. App.).
The appellate court also held that the two airline employees filed adequate notice of their own claims against Denver, which operates Denver International Airport, as well as adequate notice of claims by potential class members.
