LOS ANGELES - According to an opinion filed Sept. 9, the former owner of a moldy, leak-infested house at the center of a dispute with the current owners lost his appeal of a summary judgment issued in favor of his previous insurer, which had refused to provide a defense or coverage in the third party action. Richard Unger v. Allstate Insurance Company, No. B155567 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd App. Dist., Div. 4).
