OLATHE, Kan. - A construction contractor as been named as a defendant in a second lawsuit alleging that one of the homes it built in an Overland Park, Kan., subdivision is riddled with mold due to construction defects. John M. Hudson and Debbie M. Hudson v. J.S. Robinson Construction, Inc., No. 02CV05456 (Kan. Dist. Ct., Johnson Cty.).
