NEW YORK - Tenants in a New York apartment building who complained of mold have reached an agreement with the building managers that will provide them with alternative housing while the mold in their apartment is remediated. Berman, et al. v. Dominion Management Co., et al., No. 115402/05 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Ct.).
The stipulation filed in New York County Supreme Court on March 31 does not affect the tenants' claims for personal injury and property damages, nor does it bar the building managers from asserting defenses to those claims.
