Court Dismisses Insurer's Subrogation Claims Against Condo Building and Board

NEW YORK - A New York trial court dismissed an insurer's third-party claims against a condominium building entity and its board of managers on Jan. 30, saying a settlement between those defendants and building residents extinguished the insurer's subrogation claims.
