NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana appellate court affirmed summary judgment for officers of a condominium association on March 28 after concluding that allegations of wrongdoing in responding to mold problems were insufficient to override statutory immunity for unpaid officeholders. Caracci v. Cobblestone Village Condominium Association, No. 05-CA-784 (La. Ct. App., 5th Cir.).

Vincent and Frank Caracci notified the Cobblestone Village Condominium Association after their unit suffered water and mold damage in September 2001.
