SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - California's Second Appellate District on March 28 ordered its Feb. 27 opinion on challenged mold data and testimony published, but it added a footnote limiting its ruling on two controversial medical tests to the facts of the case. Geffcken v. D'Andrea, No. B176232 (Calif. 2nd App. Dist.).
