TOLEDO, Ohio - An Ohio appellate court reinstated a mold personal injury case on Feb. 24 after concluding that the trial court erred in excluding causation testimony by a medical doctor in support of plaintiffs' claims. Terry v. Ottawa County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Delay, et al., No. OT-05-009 (Ohio 6th App. Dist. Ct.).
