BROWNSVILLE, Texas - A federal judge has remanded a mold insurance case after finding that homeowners brought viable claims against insurance adjusters and other in-state parties. Almeida v. Allstate Texas Lloyds, et al. No. B-05-202 (S.D. Texas).

Acknowledgement of transfer to state court was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on Jan. 12 (No. 2004-08-3848-E, Texas 357th Dist. Ct., Cameron Cty.).
