N.C. Court Finds Indemnification Issue Moot After Plaintiffs Withdraw

RALEIGH, N.C. - North Carolina's Court of Appeals dismissed appeals by a school board seeking indemnification from a building architect on Jan. 3, saying the issue was moot after the underlying cases were dismissed during the appeal.
