N.C. Appellate Panel Asks Lower Court to Reconsider Arbitration Issue

RALEIGH, N.C. - North Carolina's Court of Appeals on Jan. 3 declined to rule on the issue of a plaintiff's standing to bring suit against a building contractor, but ordered the lower court to reconsider the issue of whether plaintiff's claims are subject to an arbitration agreement.
