TROY, Mich. - A Michigan appellate panel held Oct. 18 that a former condominium owner's awareness of dampness in a crawl space was insufficient to show a knowledge of mold conditions at the time of sale. Gross v. Harbor Club North Associates, et al., No. 261399 (Mich. Ct. App.).
Laura Gross appealed a decision by the Macomb County (Mich.) Circuit Court to award summary judgment to Harbor Club North Associates on Gross' claim that mold in the unit she purchased from Harbor Club caused her nausea, fatigue and breathing difficulties.
