LOS ANGELES - A California appellate court has affirmed dismissal of a woman's personal injury mold case, ruling that claims against her condominium's developers and builders was barred by the statute of limitations. Lowgren v. Inman, Spinosa & Buchan Inc., et al., No. B164713 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist.).

In its Oct. 12 unpublished opinion, the 2nd Appellate District for the California Court of Appeal, on a 2-1 vote, held that Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Allen White didn't err in dismissing Deborah A.
