Jury Awards Montana Family $600,197 for Sewage Flood that Led to Mold

EUREKA, Mont. - Montana state court jurors on Oct. 13 found the city of Eureka, Mont., liable for property damage and personal injuries a local family blamed on sewage backup and related mold contamination and awarded a total of $600,197 in property damage, business loss and emotional distress damages.
